Unable to interact with HTML elements

Reported by conor4...@gmail.com, May 9 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F12 to open HTML body at regular size
2. View an HTML body that's several layers deep
3. Right click to copy body XPATH, if the F12 window is too small it won't let you select anything and seems to ignore your click.

What is the expected behavior?
A right click would create a small menu to access information about that HTML body

What went wrong?
The right click seemed to be ignored until I readjusted the window

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
