The latest trybot result is shown as the left-most small box (yellow one in the screenshot), while the oldest result is shown as the right-most largest box (red one).

I feel showing the latest result using the large box is better, as newer trybot results usually overwrite previous trybot runs.
The current status for the screenshot is "trybot is running (yellow)", not "trybot failed (and need a fix or rerun the bot)".
