Add more info to chrome://net-internals debug_logs

Project Member Reported by cernekee@chromium.org, May 9 2018

Issue description

We rely on debug_logs to get information off of machines that are in verified mode. It would be useful to add the following:

 - /etc/lsb_release
 - mosys eventlog
 - console-ramoops
 - /home/chronos/user/log/chrome
 - chrome://device-log
 - logcat

Also, these files seem to lose their extension when they are downloaded + sent to Drive. Is this something that can be fixed?

We're actually removing stuff from net-internals, in favor of net-export to reduce bloat. Not sure we want to be sticking more stuff in there.
I feel like there was a separate logs chrome:// URL last time I looked for one on ChromeOS?

At any rate, net-export does have a "dictionary of arbitrary platform-specified stuff" as part of its functionality, but a lot of these things seems to be a big stretch when it comes to their connection to networking, and I am kind of worried about privacy aspects of that --- lsb_release is one thing, but /home/chronos/user/log/chrome sounds like it might have some things users may not expect to be uploaded if we ask them for a network log.
