Group failures by type in layout test result viewer

The new layout test results viewer lets me group failures by crash site, but then it groups all non-crashes under "not crashed". It would be nice if it grouped those by timeout, image failure, etc.

I am not planning to work on this.

Crash site view is there to specifically for crash failures, non-crashes are better viewed in other formats. 

We do not have groupings by failure type in any views. Groupings are a little hacky to implement, and you can get similar data by using filters, and TestExpectations format.
