Textfield being focused when leaving the Tab Grid

With the UI refresh flag enabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to chrome://flags
(2) Open the Tab Grid
(3) Leave the Tab Grid

What is the expected result?
No text field should be focused.

What happens instead?
The "Search flags" text field is focused.

Assigning to TabGrid people, but I might be wrong.

This doesn't seem as important as other bugs; dropping to P3 unless you object

Not able to reproduce. I think this may have been a bug a while back that may have gotten fixed.
