Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Google assistant
2. Click Away
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The window is dismissed (closed) once the user click away from the Google assistant

What went wrong?
Google Assistant window remains persistent and you have to click the x button or press the assistant button again.
