I am suspecting the dongle is broken.
Kain - Can you help double check dongle status on this machine? Thanks!

Audio loopback is functioning properly (headphone icon is being triggered).

Comment 5 by ka...@chromium.org, May 11 2018

It still be worth replacing the dongle, the headphone icon presence is not the verification for the originating failure.

Comment 6 by wryan@google.com, May 14 2018

Okay, will do. It was working from a physical standpoint. Audio was playing when I removed loopback and stopped again when plugged back in (even with volume turned up in the loopback state).

Comment 7 by wryan@google.com, May 14 2018

I just replaced the dongle.
