What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on a link to navigate to a different page
(2) Make a two-finger swipe to the right on the touchpad

What is the expected result?

Chrome navigates back to the previous page.

What happens instead?

Nothing.

This seems like a pretty huge regression in the new M67 UI. As a user I would be very annoyed if this made it to stable channel.

Gesture navigation via the touchscreen still seems to work fine. Basic scrolling on the touchpad also works, both vertical and horizontal. It just won't navigate when you reach the end of the page.
