Thanks for filing the issue! As per step 1 this looks like drop the files in static sever in-house TE not having permission to create server, hence adding the respective label for it to triage further.

Unable to reproduce. Check your network tab and your web server configuration, I'd guess that the problem is that the css file is served with an incorrect mine type or that the loading of it fails.

Not the server's issue, it works on other browsers. I record 3 videos of Chrome, FireFox and Edge.
