Same issue with last two or three releases of Google Chrome. On numerous web sites, black boxes that jump around all the screen begin appearing (wreaking havoc with browsing the web page in question) about mid page. Once started nothing will stop then from reappearing (not refreshing the page, not closing the page and reopening the page, not closing the chrome browser and reopening the browser to the same page (not even after clearing, cleaning all settings and browser history from prior sessions. Really beginning to be a major source of irritation. have tried without any extensions as well, and issue continues to persist. Repeat: this issue (still unresolved) only began on my system within the last two or three new releases. You'd think (I'd think, anyway) this issue would have been resolved by now, but perusing the issue reflects otherwise, an not just with Windows 8.1 Professional, its been reported on Windows 7 as well (by another individual(s), (I did not croll through the entire list counting the number of times this issue is occurring but the instances are quite numerous!

'Black Box' issue has been resolved in Chromium M67 Beta Desktop release. Installed beta two weeks ago. No problems since. Don't remember offhand address for beta version or user who provided it. All I can say is "Thank you, thank you." to whoever did. If 67 desktop version beta address is located will include in future responses. |
