The VR Browsing sounds design doc describes media controls as having sounds. But the current implementation doesn't have them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enter VR browsing and go to m.youtube.com
(2) Select a video, start playing it and enter fullscreen / cinema mode.
(3) Pause the video and click on the various media controls.

What is the expected result? Hover and click sounds for media controls.

What happens instead? No sounds on media controls.
