[MacViews-Browser] Menus look strange without secondary-ui-md flag enabled

Chrome Version: Chromium #556848
OS: macOS 10.13.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-Browser
(2) Click on the Wrench Button, so that the menu appears
(3)

What is the expected result?
The new nice rounded menu like before.

What happens instead?
The menu is square and looks strange.

(Enabling additionally #secondary-ui-md fixes the issue.)

Not sure if this is intended.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
secondary-ui-md being disabled not supported anywhere except ChromeOS right now (and that won't be for long). The flag will be removed.
