Looking at the logs ... that CL should be benign until https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/chromite/+/1032886 lands.

It looks like an internal compile error of the chrome package to me, cl/1015529 only deals with calculating reverse package dependencies and isn't fully enabled. I'm running a local build and will enable building chrome to make sure it isn't to blame.
