Verified the fix on Windows-10, Mac 10.13.3 and Debian Rodete on Chrome version #68.0.3427.0 as per the comment#0 and mocks.

Attaching screenshot for reference. Observed that tool bar is updated in chrome://extensions in developer mode for MD and button in the focused state. Hence, the fix is working as expected and adding the TE-Verified labels.
