Infra>Labs, can you take a look at what's going on?

The machine is up, but it seems the swarming bot might have died on 2018/05/06 06:53:27 Pacific: http://shortn/_2xZcw7xkMH

Let's see if I can restart it.

Nope, I can't reach the host:

$ ssh build190-b7.labs
Connection error: exit status 1
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Leaving it to the Labs to revive the machine.

It looks like the latest run is still failing due to this machine being offline. Labs, any idea why this machine keeps dropping offline? https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/chromium.perf/Android%20Nexus5X%20WebView%20Perf/1836

Discovered a single USB isolator was causing a complete lockup of the chain, and possibly causing the machine to hang during reboots. Replaced the isolator, lets see if it behaves better.
Yikes. Thanks John!
