What steps will reproduce the problem?

Navigate to any autofill field to test this experience. Or try this:

1. Enable chrome://flags/#mac-views-autofill-popup
2. Ensure there is at least one address entry in chrome://settings/autofill
3. Turn on VoiceOver (Command F5)
4. Navigate to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and scroll up to Profile Autofill
5. Double click the Name textfield

What is the expected result and what happened instead? 

For all instances of browser autofill, we need to figure out how to make it more discoverable that autofill suggestions exist or have been applied. This should be verbalized by VoiceOver somehow to alert the user. It also needs to be possible to use the arrow keys or screen reader navigation to go through the autofill options and then select/apply them. Right now, you simply can't use VoiceOver on Mac to hear any of the items available, so it's totally not working for a blind user.
