Horizontal scrolling in Google Sheets broken

Reported by bbenn...@elkhart.k12.in.us, May 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a Google Sheet in Chrome.
2. Scroll right using the trackpad.
3. Attempt to scroll left.

What is the expected behavior?
Expected the sheet to scroll left.

What went wrong?
 Chrome navigates back one page.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 65

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.0
Flash Version:

Seems to be isolated to Chrome. Scrolling left in other browsers (Firefox, Safari) works as expected.

I tested again today and it seems to be resolved, though I can't point to a specific action that fixed it. You can close the issue.
