Folder names in app drawer disappearing after restart

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.74.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.137 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10452.74.0 (Official Build) stable-channel cave Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a folder in the appdrawer and give it a name 2. Shut down cromebook 3. Restart chromebook 4. Foldername is blank again What is the expected behavior? The foldername to remain as is after a reboot. What went wrong? Folder names in appdrawer disappearing after restart. Did this work before? Yes 65 stable Chrome version: 66.0.3359.137 Channel: stable OS Version: 10452.74.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.140

Why is this bug report merged and closed as a duplicate? It's not the same as the other bug, this one is about foldernames disappearing, not the folder itself getting removed.
