visit_count in urls table increases unexpectedly for docs.google.com

Reported by prakhar....@sprinklr.com, May 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pick a google docs sheet, open it in the chrome browser.
2. Just check the visit_count for above google doc from urls table in History database of chrome
MrX@MrX:~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default $ sqlite3 History_copy
SQLite version 3.8.5 2014-08-15 22:37:57
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
sqlite> select visit_count  from urls where url="xxxxxgoogle_doc_urlxxxx";
3. Refresh the above google doc url.
4. Now check the visit_count for this sheet, in the same way as step 2

What is the expected behavior?
The visit_count for this page should have increased by 1.

What went wrong?
But when checked the visit_count had increased by 100 after refreshing only twice.

Did this work before? No

Thanks for your report.

The history sqlite database is an internal implementation detail of Chrome and we make zero guarantees about the format and behavior of it. Does this produce some actual user-visible misbehavior? If not this is WontFix.
Nope it is not causing any user-visible behaviour.

Just have a question,
But when i see the History from chrome://history/ , is this actually reading History table?
