Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install old version of Google chrome 2. Add some URL's to bookmarks tab 3. Update Google chrome 4. All bookmarks are gone/deleted. What is the expected behavior? I am expecting to have all bookmarks when update happened What went wrong? All bookmarks are removed All extensions become turned off and had to repair each extension Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.139 using Mac 10.12.6 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome version# 66.0.3359.117 and added some bookmarks to it 2) Updated chrome to 66.0.3359.139 and clicked on relaunch 3) Chrome relaunched, able to see all the bookmarks @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue, provide your feed back on it which help in further triaging it. It's weird somehow I've lost all my bookmarks after upgrading chrome. It looks your steps are exactly same what I've done before having the issue. Thanks, Yugandhar P

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.139 and latest stable# 66.0.3359.170 using Mac 10.12.6, could you please try to test this issue on latest chrome stable and let us know if the issue still persists.
