What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >>Open App launcher
(2)Right click of any App in recently used apps row >> get 'App info' and observe

Actual: 'App info' overlay doesn't get opened for recently used apps row
Expected: 'App info' should get open for recently used apps

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3416.0/10642.0.0 dev

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
