Please add a subtreed for third_party/fuchsia-sdk

src/build depends on third_party/fuchsia-sdk gn files. Subprojects supporting fuchsia, need to depend on third_party/fuchsia-sdk as well now.

Please add a subtreed repro for https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/third_party/fuchsia-sdk

Friendly ping. This blocks rolling DEPS into V8.
