After 6e5bd03fd2f66773d617fe5214fcf32f8a617df4 (landed in 71.0.3565.0), "application/signed-exchange;v=b2" is sent to the servers which are listed in OriginsList parameter of SignedHTTPExchangeAcceptHeader feature.
