Need to press a letter on keyboard and be offered selection of accents

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.67.5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.209 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press a letter on keyboard
2. No accents options are offered
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should be able to choose between different accents while using the keyboard

What went wrong?
No option works at this stage
