Issue descriptionVersion: 68.0.3424.0 (Official Build) Revision 7b31b2ed3f03336596e6193a8e93fd961bd06c03-refs/branch-heads/3424@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now open new tab and again open devtools and go to 'Application' section and expand IndexedDB arrow 3. Now expand 'esp-newtab..'option and click on 'items' 4. Now click on 'Clear object store' and click on 'Refresh' button continuously,observe 'Clear object store' button Actual: Unwanted flickering of 'Clear object store' button is seen after clicking on 'Refresh' button Expected: Unwanted flickering of 'Clear object store' button should not be seen after clicking on 'Refresh' button This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 65’ and below is the bisect info : Good build: 65.0.3288.0 (Revision: 522667). Bad build: 65.0.3289.0 (Revision: 522956). You are probably looking for a change made after 522686 (known good), but no later than 522687 (first known bad).
