[Missing Test]: Rendering issue with HTML elements over video element

Automated tests for the below commit have been missing.Would it be possible to add test coverage to avoid regressions in future?

The CL already came with 2 new layout tests. Is "automated tests" referring to a very specific type of test? Please elaborate, thanks!
