Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Precondition: I've got a laptop with external monitor. laptop 17" and monitor 27" 1. Open chrome on laptop screen 2. Expand chrome to be fullscreen 3. go to youtube.com 4. open any video. 5. Expand video to fullscreen What is the expected behavior? Video will fill the screen completely without any borders. What went wrong? If chrome is in fullscreen on laptop screen, you get wierd borders to the left and top of the screen, like if left top corner position was calculated wrong. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: If chrome isn't expanded to FS, then borders doesn't appear. Bug apppears with defferent combinations of monitors and laptops, but only on laptops scerens.

Unable to reproduce the issue reported version on 66.0.3359.139 using Windows 10 & 7 using laptop and desktop. Attaching Screenshot for reference. Steps -------- 1. Launched Chrome 2. Navigated to www.youtube.com 3. Selected one video and expanded video to fullscreen mode 4. Observed there is no borders on video fitted the screen completely. @ Reporter: As we are unable to reproduce the issue from our end. Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags . Let us know whether issue still persists. Also let us know issue specific to mentioned laptop 17" and monitor 27" . Thanks!
