Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Fix it 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? It says my facebook page is blocked from this site What went wrong? I don't know. I go to go on my Facebook like I do everyday now all the sudden it's blocked Did this work before? tamurphy.21@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 66.0.3359.139 and the latest Canary 68.0.3423.2 and unable to reproduce the issue. Able to navigate to the site www.facebook.com and able to login without any issues. Request you to retry the issue without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

Are you in a school/enterprise setting? If so its possible your local administrator has blocked Facebook. Otherwise, please attach a NetLog per these instructions: https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details
