No "Choose Trybots" option on CL anymore?

Affected Version: 2.15.1-3752-geeceb1d00e

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/892200

What is the expected output?
There should be a "Choose Trybots" button to send the CL to a specific trybot

What do you see instead?
No such button. Screenshot attached.

Please provide any additional information below.

Possibly-related error in the console:
luci-migration.appspot.com/masters/tryserver.blink/?format=json:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
892200:1 Failed to load https://luci-migration.appspot.com/masters/tryserver.blink/?format=json: Response for preflight has invalid HTTP status code 404.

Is this still an issue? I currently see a "Choose Tryjobs" button, e.g. on the linked CL --- does that do what you want to do?

That's very weird; I somehow manage consistently to get the button... Does it still not appear a few seconds after loading/if you hover over where it "should" be? And this is while signed in and all?

Yes, while signed in, and it does not appear after a few seconds or when hovering. I just noticed this happening again (at https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1220129), with these console errors. Also, "Last updated at" does not have a date/time.
