Chrome Version: 67.0.3396.26

I'm using a corp-enrolled samus.

1. Have the Keep ARC++ app and Chrome app installed.
2. Launch the Keep Chrome app.
3. Launch the Keep ARC++ app. For me, the ARC++ app wasn't shown in the launcher after I used the Chrome app, but you can open it by finding it in the Play Store.
4. Close all windows.
5. Try to launch an ARC++ app, like Play Store or Keep.

Nothing happens -- no ARC++ app launches.

In this state, I can't launch Android Preferences from chrome://settings either.

Rebooting fixes the issue, until I repeat the repro steps.
