Numbers are squished together when germinating a report from Power school and opens in Chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
same spacing as if it were text

What went wrong?
Anywhere there is a number it is squished against text or against other numbers

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Latest version of canary 66.0.3423.3 produces the same results. The work around is to either use internet explorer or down load and open in acrobat

2. Clicked on I don't know if I have a PowerSchool Learning account. Now seeing We've moved message.

You need to provide more context here. Otherwise nobody reading this bug report fully understands what you are talking about.

You mentioned Acrobat. Are the reports PDF files? Is this a PDF viewer problem?
issue is resolved in Canary 69
