Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to any /wp-admin/ dashboard page on which you can scroll down 2. Scroll down 3. If the leftmost menu doesn't turn into a black rectangle with invisible links, make window smaller and scroll up and down again. What is the expected behavior? It should show the menus you can click on, even when scrolled down the page. What went wrong? Links invisible when scrolled down. Did this work before? Yes Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome version: Version 67.0.3396.30 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) Channel: beta OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 29.0 r0

Just logged into another different WP site and I can verify it seems to be *every* Wordpress site, just go to posts listing and make window smaller and scroll to the bottom and you'll see the issue beta.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version beta 67.0.3396.30 using Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 17.10 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched chrome 2. Navigated to https://www.mercedes-benz.co.in/ (As the above given URL/Site is on of the international sites running on WordPress.) 3. Tried scrolling down and clicked on a link. 4. Later, Resized the window and performed step 3. We were able to scroll and open links with out any issues. Attaching the screen cast of the same. @Reporter: Could you please have a look at the screen cast and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful. Thanks!

You aren't logged in to the dashboard, if you were you would see the dashboard menu to the left disappear when scrolled down.
