Body not expanding in Elements after page reload

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add project folder to workspace
2. Run project at localhost
3. Inspect any element
4. Reload page

What is the expected behavior?
Dom structure in Elements tab will remain the same

What went wrong?
Body node content erased from Elements, it doesn't react on expand/collapse icon though it's state changes. 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
