[Chrome Canary] Text Appears Thin and Often Disappears

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3423.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Canary
2. Text is immediately thin
3. Waiting on a page causes disappearing text

What is the expected behavior?
Text is unchanged and does not disappear lol

What went wrong?
All text, other than tabs, is small and thin. After waiting on a page, some text disappears.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3423.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version:
