[MacViews-Browser] Missing moving animation of the Find-In-Page Bubble, when it overlaps the search result

Project Member Reported by meh...@chromium.org, May 7 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 68.0.3423.0 Canary
OS: macOS 10.13.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews
(2) Visit a page (e.g. about://flags)
(3) Press CMD-F and make sure that the bubble appears over "Reset all to default"
(4) Type "reset" into the Find-In-Page bubble

What is the expected result?
The Bubble moves to the left with a nice animation.

What happens instead?
The Bubble jumps to left without a nice animation.

A screencast is attached (left Cocoa/right Macviews).

Thanks,
Mehmet

Seems issue is not reproducible on Mac using latest canary-72.0.3615.0.We can not see CTRL+F bubble over "Reset all to default" on chrome://flags page. Please find the attached screencast for reference and close if this is the case.
