components/spellcheck/browser/spelling_service_client.cc uses net::URLFetcher and net::URLRequestContextGetter (through StoragePartition::GetURLRequestContext). It needs to be converted to using network service's SimpleURLLoader and StoragePartition::GetNetworkContext.
