Issue description<b>Chrome Version : <from About Google Chrome/Chromium or</b> 'about:version'> URL : https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/ Behavior in chromiuim: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) open this: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/ (2) after just header there is a pricing plans carousel. (3) click next some times you will see the broken and bug represented page with carousel different behaviors.

Thanks for filing the issue! Tested in chrome #65.0.3325.181, Stable #66.0.3359.139 and Canary #68.0.3325.0 on Ubuntu 16.04 and Debian Rodete and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @awaisshaikh94: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please create new profile without extensions and apps.Re-check once in latest chrome builds and let us know the observations of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
