Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3359.139 using Windows 10. Not seeing any black boxes on opening any webpage. @Reporter: Could you please provide provide steps to reproduce this issue along with chrome://gpu contents and screenshot of issue. Further information on reproducing this issue would help in further debugging of this issue. Thanks!
