Regression: Unable to navigate to Guest user from More options menu of Add person overlay

Chrome Version: 68.0.3422.0/10654.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In sign-out screen>> Click on Add person and then on More options and Guest mode >> Observe

Actual: When clicking on Guest mode, nothing happens. But when we click on Browse as Guest, it's navigating to guest user
Expected: When clicking on Guest mode, it should navigate to Guest user

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 68.0.3400.0/10598.0.0 dev

Any update on this?

It is marked as a R68 stable blocker and we are nearing stable in the next couple weeks.

Sorry, I missed this bug. We're launching views-login in 69, so this should not happen on 68 anymore.
