Views (all platforms): Editing a node with a long textfield in a tree view doesn't keep the cursor in the viewport

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 66.0.3359.139
OS Version: 10.0

Not a regression.

To repro, 
1) have (or make) a bookmark folder with a really long name
2) in the edit bookmark dialog, edit it (via context menu)
3) scroll the cursor to the end

Expected:
 ScrollView viewport should scroll so that the cursor is in the viewport

Actual:
 No scrolling. Cursor becomes invisible.
