What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above test URL.
2. Scroll down the page and observe the media control buttons on the first video.
Actual Result : Media control buttons and timeline are not aligned (horizontally) with each other.
Expected Result : Timeline and Media control buttons should be horizontally aligned with each other.
This is a regression issue, broken in M-68 and providing the bisect using per-revision script:
Good Build : 68.0.3419.0 (Revision : 555963)
Bad Build : 68.0.3420.0 (Revision : 556105)
You are probably looking for a change made after 556005 (known good), but no later than 556006 (first known bad).
