Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-audio-capture/kfokdmfpdnokpmpbjhjbcabgligoelgp?hl=en&pli=1&authuser=3 2. Open a video on vimeo (or somewhat) 3. Click on extension icon 4. Click Start capture 5. Click fullscreen request on vimeo What is the expected behavior? Video need to be fullscreen. What went wrong? Video cannot be fullscreen (see screenshot). Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I want to capture audio from some sites, but look like this is a bug. I cannot use fullscreen mode normally.

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.139 and on latest chrome 68.0.3424.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0). Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!
