Synchronize bookmark bug in multi-user

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change the B users  
2. Synchronize bookmarks of B user
3. The bookmarks of A user is not removed and the bookmarks of B user just be appended on bookmarks 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The wrong was written by three steps.

+Sync -- I (likely incorrectly) thought we provided a UI when syncing to a new account to delete the previous data.  Maybe that is just a figment of my imagination.
