Stop using numeric angles for display Rotations.

Since the only valid values are 0, 90, 180, and 270, it would make more sense to keep as an enumerator everywhere and only convert to a numeric value when required (for web APIs, say).

Note - this should include usage in WebScreenInfo.

We should be using display::Display::Rotation instead.
