Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3422.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Resize window to any size 2. Maximise window 3. Open a video in full-screen mode (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zCDvOsdL9Q) 4. Launch a new window with Ctrl+N What is the expected behavior? The window should launch in a maximised state, and return to the defined size of the parent window (before maximising) when un-maximised. What went wrong? The new window is launched as an un-maximised window, with the size of the full-screen video. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3422.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using latest canary #68.0.3422.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

Still reproducible on Windows 10 ver. 1803 build 17134.228, with Chrome beta 69.0.3497.57 Not really a regression as this has been an annoyance to me for quite a while.
