Long pressing on Connection secure element brings URL which causes unintended page refreshes

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page 
2. Long press on Secure part
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Long pressing on Secure part should not bring URL

What went wrong?
Long pressing on Secure part in omnibox should not bring URL

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4

Is this with Cocoa-Browser or with enabled MacViews-Browser flag?

The screencast was recorded with Cocoa-Browser. I cannot reproduce when I enable MacViews-Browser flag on latest Canary 68.0.3422.0. You can close the bug report.
