Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.139 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Console. 2. Type something like `document.body.insertAdjacentElement` and then press tab. What is the expected behavior? The Console UI provides a hint about this function's parameters. What went wrong? No such hints. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 66.0.3359.139 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.3 Flash Version: The mdn-browser-compat-data repository provides the signatures of web platform APIs in a highly-structured format. https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data

As per comment #0, the issue seems to be a feature request. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
