What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.bookmark to email
2.websearch for msn, hotmail, or outlook
3.
What is the expected result?
opening email
What happens instead of that?
This site can’t be reached
www.msn.com is currently unreachable.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE
Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server…
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 66.0.3359.139 using windows 10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version, bookmarked gmail 2) Clicked on gmail in bookmark bar, gmail got opened successfully Note: Also tested the issue by giving msn and hotmail in omnibar, able to navigate to the respective sites successfully @Reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference and let us know if we missed anything in reproducing the issue, try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!

What firewall/antivirus/proxy are you using? We've found a few that have issues, and while most have issued patches/fixes, there are a couple that need to be manually updated/reinstalled. It would also be helpful to get a net-internals log when you reproduce the issue, see details here: https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details
