Copy of selection (frome search) disabled/move only??

Other SDcard/filetype tested

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.search SD txt etc.
2.select few items
3.copy not available (move only, why!?)

What is the expected result?
(also dragndrop) copy

What happens instead of that?
move

..;O arg!!!

Note: this happens only if selected files are in different folders.
