Font looks off

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3421.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Turn on google chrome
2. just look at text
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The text should look normal

What went wrong?
I just opened up google chrome after the latest windows 10 insider update and then this is what I come back to.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 68.0.3421.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0

Turning off hardware acceleration seemed to kind of fix it, though the text still looks off in some parts. Turning off LCD text antialiasing seems to fix it. (attachment below with hardware acceleration off)
